Horseback Rides Departing by Reservation
Closed for the season. Starting back up mid May, 2025.
Our one-hour horseback excursion takes riders through fields and forests as it looks onto Mt. Lafayette, Cannon Mountain and Kinsman Ridge along side other exquisite mountain views. It's no wonder we've been told we have the "best views around". A fan favorite is crossing the Ham Branch River where your horse may stop for a drink or, better yet, give you a refreshing splash.
If you're lucky, you may come across a moose on our early morning tour, or deer, turkey, and turtles anytime throughout the day! Keep an eye out for beaver as you pass through Beaver Bend, a scenic woods path that twists and turns with the riverside.
Be sure to bring your camera! Your guide will be happy to snap a photo out on the trail.
Beginner friendly and safe for all levels. Rest assured your guide will begin with a brief instruction of how to safely ride a horse. Helmets are required and provided.
